- 75 g pork smoked meat
- 1 wheat tortilla
- 1 slice mild cheddar
- 1 cup (250 ml) iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 ½ tbsp. (22.5 ml) honey mustard
- Place tortilla flat on a work surface and spread with the honey mustard.
- Place the cheese and smoked meat in the centre of the bread, add the shredded lettuce and roll the tortilla around the fillings taking care to tuck in one end. Wrap in plastic wrap. Keep refrigerated.
