The guys are on their way to watch the game. Make sure this game night is the best of the season, with these Olymel BBQ pulled pork nachos.

ingredients

  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 150 g corn chips (nachos)
  • 125 g “Mexican blend” grated cheese
  • 1/2 onion (small), finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 pack (200 g) Olymel BBQ pulled pork
  • 1/2 tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 300 g corn chips (nachos)
  • 250 g “Mexican blend” grated cheese
  • 1 onion (small), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 red pepper, diced
  • 1 pack (400 g) Olymel BBQ pulled pork
  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/3 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 375 ml sour cream
  • 450 g corn chips (nachos)
  • 375 g “Mexican blend” grated cheese
  • 1 onion (small), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1 1/2 packs (600 g) Olymel BBQ pulled pork
  • 1 1/2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 500 ml sour cream
  • 600 g corn chips (nachos)
  • 500 g “Mexican blend” grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 onions (small), finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup black Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 3/4 red pepper, diced
  • 2 packs (800 g) Olymel BBQ pulled pork
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 package Olymel BBQ pulled pork, 400g
  • 300 g nacho tortilla chips
  • 250 g “Mexican style” grated cheese
  • ¼ red bell pepper, finely diced
  • ½ cup pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 seeded tomato, diced
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander, minced

instructions

  1. Cooked pulled pork following instructions on packaging and keep warm.
  2. Place chips on lightly oiled baking sheet, top with pulled pork, sprinkle with 200 g grated cheese, add bell pepper, olives and remaining cheese. Finish with diced red onion and tomato.
  3. Place in oven at 375 °F (190 °C) and cook until cheese is golden. Take out of oven, top with sour cream and finish with coriander.
