All you need is pita, merguez sausages, cucumbers and spinach and you've got the makings of a fabulous lunch!

ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) baby spinach
  • 4 (190 g) Olymel Merguez sausages
  • 2 pita breads
  • 1/4 english cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) tzatziki
  • 500 ml (2 cups) baby spinach
  • 8 (375 g) Olymel Merguez sausages
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1/2 english cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 250 ml (1 cup) tzatziki
  • 750 ml (3 cups) baby spinach
  • 12 (565 g) Olymel Merguez sausages
  • 6 pita breads
  • 3/4 english cucumber
  • 3/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 1/2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) tzatziki
  • 1 liter (4 cups) baby spinach
  • 16 (750 g) Olymel Merguez sausages
  • 8 pita breads
  • 1 english cucumber
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 500 ml (2 cups) tzatziki
  • 8 Olymel Merguez sausages, 375g
  • 4 pita breads
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • ½ English cucumber, julienned
  • 1 large tomato, finely sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 250 ml de tzatziki
  • Dried oregano

instructions

  1. Cook Merguez sausage according to the instructions on the package. Keep warm.
  2. Slightly toast pita breads.
  3. Open pitas and brush inside with tzatziki. Top each pita with two sausages and a part of the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle with oregano.
