Make yourself a grilled ciabatta bread stuffed with Toulouse sausage, caramelized apples and Oka cheese… just in case you had no idea what to make for lunch.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 112 g Oka cheese sliced
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • 2 ciabatta rolls cut in half brushed with olive oil
  • 1 Cortland or Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and seeded and cut into quarters
  • 3 (225 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 25 ml Quebec maple syrup
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 225 g Oka cheese sliced
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • 4 ciabatta rolls cut in half brushed with olive oil
  • 2 Cortland or Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and seeded and cut into quarters
  • 5 (450 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 50 ml Quebec maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 335 g Oka cheese sliced
  • 21 ml (1 1/2 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • 6 ciabatta rolls cut in half brushed with olive oil
  • 3 Cortland or Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and seeded and cut into quarters
  • 8 (720 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 75 ml Quebec maple syrup
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 450 g Oka cheese sliced
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) Dijon mustard
  • 8 ciabatta rolls cut in half brushed with olive oil
  • 4 Cortland or Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and seeded and cut into quarters
  • 10 (900 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse
  • 100 ml Quebec maple syrup
  • 5 Olymel European Toulouse Mild Sausages 450 g (or your favorite flavour)
  • 4 ciabatta rolls cut in half brushed with olive oil
  • 2 Cortland or Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and seeded and cut into quarters
  • 50 ml of Quebec maple sirup
  • 225 g of Oka cheese sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • Baby spinach

instructions

  1. Boil sausages for 5 minutes, drain, let cool, cut into wedges, grill on the B.B.Q. and put aside warm.
  2. In a bowl, mix apples, maple sirup and cinnamon. Sauter in a pan and put aside warm.
  3. Place apples and grilled sausages on the grilled rolls, cover with cheese and garnish with baby spinach.
