The whole soccer team's coming over after the game… there's a gang to feed! These ciabatta sandwiches made with Florentina sausages and Boursin cheese will help them get their energy back.

ingredients

  • 1/3 pack (150 g) Amoré Florentina Italian sausage
  • 3/4 cup baby spinach
  • 1/3 pack (80 g) Boursin Cuisine Shallot & Chive
  • 1/3 onion, minced
  • 2 Ciabatta rolls, cut in two
  • 1/3 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) olive oil
  • 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 pack (225 g) Amoré Florentina Italian sausage
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 pack (125 g) Boursin Cuisine Shallot & Chive
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls, cut in two
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
  • 7 ml (1 teaspoon) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pack (450 g) Amoré Florentina Italian sausage
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 pack (245 g) Boursin Cuisine Shallot & Chive
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 6 Ciabatta rolls, cut in two
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) olive oil
  • 7 ml (1/2 tablespoon) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 package (450g) Olymel Amoré Florentina Sausages
  • 1 container (245 g) Boursin Cuisine Shallot& Chive
  • 6 Ciabatta rolls, cut in two
  • 30 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 red/green bell pepper, cut
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste

instructions

  1. Cook sausages following instructions on package and keep warm. Grill interior of Ciabatta rolls and keep warm.
  2. In frying pan, heat up 15 ml olive oil and brown onion and bell pepper until tender; add Boursin and mix thoroughly.
  3. Place equal quantities of Boursin and vegetable mix inside each roll, add sausages and finish with baby spinach tossed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste.
