Disaster! You open the fridge and all there's left is ham, sausage and veggies. The solution? Pile it all on a pizza!

ingredients

  • 3 asparagus, cooked
  • 3 (270 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse, cooked and sliced
  • 60 ml pizza sauce
  • 5 ml fresh oregano or basil, chopped
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) grilled vegetables (zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
  • 1/2 package (88 g) black Forest Smoked Ham (shaved)
  • 250 ml mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 squared individual shaped pizza crusts, precooked
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 6 asparagus, cooked
  • 5 (450 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse, cooked and sliced
  • 120 ml pizza sauce
  • 10 ml fresh oregano or basil, chopped
  • 250 ml (1 cup) grilled vegetables (zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
  • 1 package (175 g) black Forest Smoked Ham (shaved)
  • 500 ml mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 squared individual shaped pizza crusts, precooked
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 9 asparagus, cooked
  • 8 (720 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse, cooked and sliced
  • 180 ml pizza sauce
  • 15 ml fresh oregano or basil, chopped
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) grilled vegetables (zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
  • 1 1/2 packages (265 g) black Forest Smoked Ham (shaved)
  • 750 ml mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 squared individual shaped pizza crusts, precooked
  • 18 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 12 asparagus, cooked
  • 10 (900 g) Olymel European Sausages Mild Toulouse, cooked and sliced
  • 240 ml pizza sauce
  • 20 ml fresh oregano or basil, chopped
  • 500 ml (2 cups) grilled vegetables (zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
  • 2 packages (350 g) black Forest Smoked Ham (shaved)
  • 1000 ml mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 squared individual shaped pizza crusts, precooked
  • 24 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 1 package (450 g) Olymel European Mild Toulouse Sausage (or your favourite flavour), cooked and sliced
  • 1 package (175 g) Olymel Smart Nature Shaved Black Forest Ham (or your favourite flavour), fan-folded
  • 120 ml pizza sauce
  • 10 ml fresh oregano or basil, minced
  • 4 individual square pizza crusts, precooked
  • 250 ml zucchini, bell pepper and red onion, grilled and mixed
  • 6 asparagus, blanched
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 500 ml mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated and mixed
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

instructions

  1. Combine pizza sauce, fine herbs and pepper. Pour mix on pizza crust and spread evenly to edges of crust.
  2. Top with grilled vegetables. Sprinkle with half of cheese and add fan-folded ham slices and sausage.
  3. Cover pizza with remaining cheese, tomatoes and asparagus. Bake in oven at 450°F/230°C, for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is browned.
