ingredients

  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 branch stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 10 leaves fresh mint, minceds
  • 3 green onions, cut into rings
  • 170 ml (3/5 cup) Buffalo wing sauce (bottled)
  • 2 packages shaved pork smoked meat (175 g each)
  • 4 jalapeño wheat tortillas
  • 250 ml (1 cup) plain yogurt
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, julienned
  • 2 packages shaved pork smoked meat (175 g each)
  • 2/3 cup (170 ml) Buffalo wing sauce (bottled)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
  • 3 green onions, cut into rings
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, julienned
  • 10 mint leaves, chopped
  • 4 jalapeño wheat tortillas

instructions

  1. Mix Buffalo wing sauce and yogurt together in a bowl.
  2. Place all vegetables in another bowl, add mint and salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Stuff tortillas with the shaved smoked meat and the vegetable mixture and drizzle over yogurt dressing generously.
  4. Roll up each tortilla taking care to tuck in one end.
  5. Serve immediately accompanied by remaining yogurt dressing.
