Vegetable and three-meat pizza

Ingredients
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) pizza sauce
  • 30ml (2 tablespoons) fresh oregano or basil, chopped
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pre-baked pizza crust, 36cm (14 inches) in diameter
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) vegetables, blanched, sautéed or grilled (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onion, spinach, asparagus, etc.)
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) green or black olives, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 3 regular smoked Olymel sausages, sliced
  • 115g (1/4 lb) Olymel Prestige smoked pork meat, shredded
  • 115g (1/4 lb) Black Forest Olymel Distinction ham, shredded
  • 500ml (2 cups) mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated
 
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Combine the sauce, herbs, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture onto the pizza base. Spread until 1 cm (1/2 inch) from the edge.
  3. Garnish with your choice of vegetables, olives and tomatoes. Then add the meat.
  4. Cover the pizza with cheese and bake in the centre of the oven for 7 –10 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
Serve immediately with salad.
