- 60ml (1/4 cup) pizza sauce
- 30ml (2 tablespoons) fresh oregano or basil, chopped
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pre-baked pizza crust, 36cm (14 inches) in diameter
- 375ml (1 1/2 cups) vegetables, blanched, sautéed or grilled (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onion, spinach, asparagus, etc.)
- 60ml (1/4 cup) green or black olives, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 regular smoked Olymel sausages, sliced
- 115g (1/4 lb) Olymel Prestige smoked pork meat, shredded
- 115g (1/4 lb) Black Forest Olymel Distinction ham, shredded
- 500ml (2 cups) mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated

- Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
- Combine the sauce, herbs, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture onto the pizza base. Spread until 1 cm (1/2 inch) from the edge.
- Garnish with your choice of vegetables, olives and tomatoes. Then add the meat.
- Cover the pizza with cheese and bake in the centre of the oven for 7 –10 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
Serve immediately with salad. |
