Pork and grape croutons au gratin

Ingredients
  • 4 slices of wholegrain or wholewheat bread with crust, toasted
  • 8 thin slices of Olymel Prestige smoked pork meat, approximately 150g (5 oz)
  • 12 red or green grapes, halved
  • 150g (5oz) brie cheese, sliced
  • Ground black pepper to taste
 
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (475°F)
  2. Place the slices of bread on a cookie sheet covered by grease-proof paper.
  3. Divide the ham between the slices of bread, add the grapes and cover in cheese. Pepper if desired.
  4. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread crisp.
Serve with fresh fruit or a green salad.
