- 4 slices of wholegrain or wholewheat bread with crust, toasted
- 8 thin slices of Olymel Prestige smoked pork meat, approximately 150g (5 oz)
- 12 red or green grapes, halved
- 150g (5oz) brie cheese, sliced
- Ground black pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven to 210°C (475°F)
- Place the slices of bread on a cookie sheet covered by grease-proof paper.
- Divide the ham between the slices of bread, add the grapes and cover in cheese. Pepper if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread crisp.
Serve with fresh fruit or a green salad. |
