  • 2 yellow peppers, cut into 6 thick strips
  • 150g (1/3 lb) spreadable goat's cheese
  • 6 slices of Distinction Olymel Old-Fashioned Smoked ham, cut into two (lengthwise)

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the oil, garlic, herbs, and salt and pepper. Add the vegetable pieces and stir well until covered.
  3. Cook the vegetables in the oven on a metal sheet, turning while cooking to ensure both sides are golden.
  4. Spread out the 12 slices of zucchini on the work surface. Cover with half a slice of ham, followed by a strip of pepper.
  5. Place around 15ml (1 tablespoon) of goat's cheese at one end and roll firmly, starting at the same end. Hold the roll in place with the help of a few tooth-picks. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place the rolls in an ovenproof dish and bake for 7 – 10 minutes.
Serve three rolls per portion on a bed of egg noodles.
