- 30ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 30ml (2 tablespoons) chopped fresh oregano, or another herb of your choice (basil, thyme, rosemary, etc.)
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 green zucchinis, cut into slices 1/2 cm (1/4 inch) thick (you will need a total of 12 slices)
- 2 yellow peppers, cut into 6 thick strips
- 150g (1/3 lb) spreadable goat's cheese
- 6 slices of Distinction Olymel Old-Fashioned Smoked ham, cut into two (lengthwise)

- Preheat the oven to 210°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, combine the oil, garlic, herbs, and salt and pepper. Add the vegetable pieces and stir well until covered.
- Cook the vegetables in the oven on a metal sheet, turning while cooking to ensure both sides are golden.
- Spread out the 12 slices of zucchini on the work surface. Cover with half a slice of ham, followed by a strip of pepper.
- Place around 15ml (1 tablespoon) of goat's cheese at one end and roll firmly, starting at the same end. Hold the roll in place with the help of a few tooth-picks. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the rolls in an ovenproof dish and bake for 7 – 10 minutes.
Serve three rolls per portion on a bed of egg noodles.
