- 15ml (1 tablespoon) butter
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 peaches, stones removed, peeled and diced
- 60ml (1/4 cup) red pepper, chopped
- 45ml (3 tablespoons) rice vinegar, white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 30ml (2 tablespoons) sugar
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 24 pieces of Old–Fashioned Olymel Prestige smoked ham, sliced according to the size of the crackers
- 24 crackers
- Fresh coriander to taste

- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over a medium-high heat and brown the garlic and onions for 30 seconds.
- Add the peaches and the pepper and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Glaze with the vinegar, add the sugar and reduce the liquid by half. Season to taste and allow it to cool.
- Place a piece of ham on each cracker and garnish with a small quantity of peach chutney. Decorate with a sprig of fresh coriander.
Serve immediately.
