In another bowl, combine the flour and pepper. Form a hole in the centre and pour in the liquid mixture. Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir from the centre outwards. Mix well to obtain a smooth mixture. Add the cheese and bacon. In a frying pan, over medium heat, add a small amount of oil or butter and add the pancake mixture in large spoonfuls. Spread the mixture with the back of a spoon. Cook for approximately 2 minutes on both sides or until golden. Serve immediately with fresh fruit and fried potatoes.
