When you combine delicious crisp vegetables with savoury cold cuts, you get a salad that is sure to turn some colleagues' heads.

ingredients

  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) your favourite dressing
  • 1/2 tortilla or pita bread, cut into triangles
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red or yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 100 g Olymel sliced ham
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 240 ml (1 cup) your favourite dressing
  • 1 tortilla or pita bread, cut into triangles
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 8 radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup red or yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 8 cups lettuce
  • 200 g Olymel sliced ham
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 360 ml (1 1/2 cups) your favourite dressing
  • 1 1/2 tortillas or pita breads, cut into triangles
  • 18 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 12 radishes, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups red or yellow peppers, cut into strips
  • 12 cups lettuce
  • 300 g Olymel sliced ham
  • 1 1/2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 480 ml (2 cups) your favourite dressing
  • 2 tortillas or pita breads, cut into triangles
  • 24 cherry tomatoes, cut in two
  • 16 radishes, sliced
  • 2 cups red or yellow peppers, cut into strips
  • 16 cups lettuce
  • 400 g Olymel sliced ham
  • 2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 100 g Olymel cold cuts of your choice
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 60 ml of your favourite dressing
  • ¼ cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup red or yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ¼ tortilla or pita bread, cut into triangles
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and fresh ground pepper

instructions

  1. Combine tortilla or pita chips in a bowl with oil and a little salt and pepper. Mix well, transfer to baking sheet, and bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) until crisp. Let cool and set aside.
  2. To prepare salad, mix lettuce, vegetables and your favourite cold cuts.
  3. Add dressing at the last minute and top with crispy corn chips or pita chips.
