A taste for bologna is something we acquire in childhood, but now you can enjoy this totally adult variation. Just add it to a pita shell along with feta cheese, onions and peppers!

ingredients

  • if needed lettuce, cut into ribbons
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 75 g Feta cheese, diced
  • 75 ml tzatziki
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 2 pita breads (largess)
  • 50 g redpeppers (grilled), cut into strips
  • 115 g Olymel bologna, thinly sliced
  • if needed lettuce, cut into ribbons
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 150 g Feta cheese, diced
  • 150 ml tzatziki
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 4 pita breads (largess)
  • 100 g redpeppers (grilled), cut into strips
  • 225 g Olymel bologna, thinly sliced
  • if needed lettuce, cut into ribbons
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 225 g Feta cheese, diced
  • 225 ml tzatziki
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 6 pita breads (largess)
  • 150 g redpeppers (grilled), cut into strips
  • 335 g Olymel bologna, thinly sliced
  • if needed lettuce, cut into ribbons
  • to taste dried oregano
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 300 g Feta cheese, diced
  • 300 ml tzatziki
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 8 pita breads (largess)
  • 200 g redpeppers (grilled), cut into strips
  • 450 g Olymel bologna, thinly sliced
  • 225 g Olymel bologna, finely sliced
  • 4 large pita breads
  • 150 ml tzatziki sauce
  • 150 g feta cheese, diced
  • 100 g grilled red peppers, cut into strips
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • shredded lettuce
  • dried oregano

instructions

  1. Open pita breads and cut in half.
  2. Brush inside surfaces with tzatziki sauce.
  3. Fill each pita with bologna, tomato, lettuce, feta, red pepper and onion. Sprinkle with oregano.
