ingredients

  • 1 poppy seed bagel
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. (45 ml) mango ginger chutney
  • 100 g mock chicken, thinly sliced
  • 2 handfuls of baby arugula or baby kale

instructions

  1. Cut the bagel in two and toast.
  2. Spread bagel halves with cream cheese then with chutney.
  3. Place slices of mock chicken on top, cover with arugula and serve immediately.
